When you look at yourself in the mirror, how do you see yourself?
What thoughts are arising? What kind of feelings are making themselves felt?
Through which glasses are you looking? Self-doubt? Expectations? Hatred? Acceptance? Compassion? Love?
From my own experience I know the self-critical view, the striving to fulfil others` expectations, the feeling of not being able to live up to them and making decisions that take one further away from one´s true self.
Looking for what? Contentment, equanimity, inner peace – a path to become happy.
Yoga became this path for me.
