We are on winter-break. You can practice with me indoor in Bremen, Neustadt. Classes are starting indoor on Tuesday, 10.10.23. Find all info HERE.
As always it´s been a pleasure having so many of you join this year´s Yoga in the Park classes. Thank you to everyone that attended.
We are starting again next year in May. Hopefully - if baby allows ;-) - we´ll have two classes again next season - Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Stay tuned.

Yoga in the Park - important facts at a glance:
When?
Tuesdays, 7:00 pm
(We are starting with the Tuesday class. Depending on how it works out with my partner and baby at home, we might add the Wednesday class)
Where? Neustadtswallanlagen, across from the Hochschule (coordinates for Google maps: 53.071527, 8.792035)
How much? 10-15€ Single Class, 45-65€ 5 Class Pass (within the given pricing scale, you decide how much you pay)
Group size? maximum 20 students
Class level? classes are suitable for all levels of practitioners; also for beginners
Please bring your own mat (or alternatively a towel).
